5zzz Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player") and 5zzz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the 5zzz website at 5zzz.bio, or using any service offered by 5zzz, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using 5zzz services. Continued use of the platform following any modification to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. 5zzz reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication on the site.

Access to 5zzz and the right to register an account is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Players aged under 21 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or participating in any game or betting activity on 5zzz.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or any other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction or prohibition that would prevent you from participating in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction.
• You must register using your own true and accurate personal information. Providing false identity information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances.
• You must not already hold an existing 5zzz account. Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player may hold only one active 5zzz account at any time. Where 5zzz identifies that a player holds or has previously held multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, phone number, device, payment method, or IP address — 5zzz reserves the right to merge, restrict, or permanently close those accounts and to withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 5zzz login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 5zzz will never ask you for your password. Any activity that occurs on your account while logged in is your responsibility, and you must notify 5zzz immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

KYC Verification

5zzz operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued identification document (such as a National ID card or passport) and proof of your payment method as part of this process. KYC verification may be required before withdrawals can be processed, and 5zzz reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to meet its verification obligations.

Deposits

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. 5zzz accepts deposits via the following local Bangladeshi payment methods, among others:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Card payments: Visa, Mastercard (where available)
• Minimum deposit amounts and transaction limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of the transaction. All balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 5zzz does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be approved.
• Any active wagering requirement attached to a bonus must be met in full before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover rate is stated in each promotion's terms.
• 5zzz processes withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. 5zzz is not liable for delays caused by the player's payment provider or financial institution.

5zzz offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the promotion itself:

• Bonuses are awarded per eligible account only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first deposit. Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable rollover is stated clearly in the promotion terms for each offer.
• 5zzz reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time if abuse or misuse is suspected, or as part of a regular review of its promotional offering.

Game Integrity

All games and betting markets available on 5zzz are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino and sportsbook markets, through licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The outcomes of all games are determined independently of 5zzz and cannot be influenced by the platform or by any player.

Bet Cancellation and Voids

5zzz reserves the right to void or cancel bets in circumstances where there is evidence of technical error, manifest error in odds or game data, fraudulent activity, or where a bet was placed using funds derived from bonus abuse. Voided bets will have their stakes returned to the player's balance. 5zzz's decision on void and cancellation matters is final.

Responsible Betting

Players are solely responsible for the bets they place. 5zzz does not provide betting advice. Betting and gaming carry financial risk, and players should only wager amounts they can afford to lose. 5zzz encourages all players to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform, including deposit limits and self-exclusion, to help manage their activity.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 5zzz. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account policy.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Colluding with other players or using automated betting systems (bots) to manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using payment methods that do not belong to you.

5zzz employs fraud detection systems and actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. Where prohibited activity is detected, 5zzz will take immediate action without prior notice, including permanent account closure and reporting to relevant law enforcement or financial regulatory bodies.

5zzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including the eligibility, prohibited activities, or payment policies.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 5zzz.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion, pending investigation.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at 5zzz's discretion, particularly where that balance is associated with a prohibited activity. Where closure is initiated by the player without any breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard withdrawal procedures.

5zzz is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We offer a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered players at any time:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage their spending.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5zzz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or any financial loss resulting from technical failure, internet outage, or third-party service disruption.

5zzz makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While 5zzz takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security, the nature of internet-based services means that interruptions may occasionally occur. 5zzz's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

5zzz collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
